I'm a lesbian baby girl who is mostly AB, with a bit of DL sprinkled in for fun. I sometimes wear disposable diapers though I've been known to also wear cloth diapers and plastic pants. More often than not, my diaper is wet and in need of changing but I only allow mommies to take care of that for me. And afterwards, a snugggle and cuddle with a warm bottle of milk is just about perfect.
